We tried time traveling at the TOKIĆ EXPO event!

The main vision of the Tokić Expo fair this fall at Zagreb fair was to bring all the visitors "Back to the Future". Easy, right? :)

The idea of the event was to make a journey through time. Remind us of the past, allow us to enjoy the present and look into the future! There were showrooms of over 50 suppliers of car parts and accessories for passenger and commercial vehicles and motorcycles, visited by more than 4000 people!

Our job was to create a wow transformation out of the exhibition space trough lightening and attractive on-spot branding visibility. The entire time, we had one main thought: Maybe it’s ‘only a logo’, maybe it’s ‘just a branding’ – but it has to be different, it has to be creative and interesting.

In 2019, there are many available technologies in a field of digital marketing. We used those techniques and combined it with creative minds of our crew.

to make an atmosphere, visually enhance the vision of the event and off course, pop the brand out.


Projection mapping
is one of the main trends in digital marketing lately. The technique is used to turn objects, often irregularly shaped, into a display the surface for video projection. The interesting thing is that surface can be in any wanted form.

So, we made a 3D video projection on the sign of Tokić’s well-known trademark - legendary old-school car ‘VW Beetle’.

By using specialized software, a three-dimensional video animation is spatially mapped on the virtual program which mimics the real environment it is to be projected on. The software can interact with a projector to fit any desired image onto the surface of that object. The video is commonly combined with, or triggered by, audio to create an audio-visual narrative.
